Response to DMCA Notices
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice:
- We will review the claim and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- We will notify the user who posted the content and provide them with details of the claim.
Filing a Counter-Notification
If you believe the content removed due to a DMCA notice was mistakenly identified or qualifies as fair use, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notice must include:
- Identification of the Material
Describe the material removed and its location prior to removal. - Your Statement of Good Faith
Declare under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error. - Contact Information
Your name, address, email, and phone number. - Consent to Jurisdiction
Agree to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or where you are located). - Signature
A physical or electronic signature.
