Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice:

  • We will review the claim and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  • We will notify the user who posted the content and provide them with details of the claim.

Filing a Counter-Notification

If you believe the content removed due to a DMCA notice was mistakenly identified or qualifies as fair use, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notice must include:

  1. Identification of the Material
    Describe the material removed and its location prior to removal.
  2. Your Statement of Good Faith
    Declare under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error.
  3. Contact Information
    Your name, address, email, and phone number.
  4. Consent to Jurisdiction
    Agree to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or where you are located).
  5. Signature
    A physical or electronic signature.
